Nathan Zhang is a 5th grader at Theodore Judah Elementary. He spends part of his recess playing the piano to first graders during their lunchtime because he says adding music to their day would be good for them. He’s been playing since he was five and practices every day.

SECC’s mission is to provide quality educational resources to learners of all ages in the greater Sacramento community primarily through video and other information and communication technologies via cable systems and networks.
