Students from Russell Ranch Elementary put on a talent show for the Folsom Senior Center. The event was organized by Sutter Middle 8th grader Kylie Dunn, who planned and coordinated the event with the school and senior center as part of a Take Action Girl Scouts Project to earn her Silver Award. Kylie got food donations for the event for seniors to enjoy, organized the acts and music, wrote scripts for the show, and advertised the event. One of the seniors even made friendship bracelets for each student that participated in the show. It is a great example of students and the community coming together to spread happiness. Here are some highlights of performances that day!
