More than 2,388 students countywide earned the State Seal of Biliteracy for the 2020–21 school year. The Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) recognized recipients in this online ceremony.

SECC’s mission is to provide quality educational resources to learners of all ages in the greater Sacramento community primarily through video and other information and communication technologies via cable systems and networks.
