Target Audience: Working Moms

Program Idea: I was watching my mom work all day and saw how stressed out she was, so I decided to make a video on how to calm your mind. I was hoping it would help her relax and take some time off for herself.

Message: I wish to teach overwhelmed moms efficient ways to calm their minds, and relax themselves. Seeing my mom stressed out inspired me to create this video.
