Target Audience: Middle School Students
Program Idea: The story for the video first came to mind when I was listening to Lindsey Stirlingś song Transcendence. I admired her music as I am a violinist myself. I loved the message of the video: music has the ability to heal and bring happiness to people and give them a voice. I was inspired by Lindsey and her message and wanted to create my own video with that theme.
Message: Music includes so many different instruments such as brass, wind, strings, and more. As schools have orchestras and marching bands, the video naturally speaks to the students. The video expresses the importance of music inside and outside of school. This video will show the audience that the arts are just as important as academics, and that the music and arts programs are essential in schools.
