Program Title: Our City’s Walls

Target Audience: I believe that all residents of Sacramento would benefit from watching this video.
Program Idea: The idea of my documentary is the murals of Sacramento and why they matter. Along with showing the visuals of many murals in Sacramento, my documentary provides a glimpse at two artist’s lives and the journeys that they took to paint their murals.
Message: I hope to show people that a mural isn’t just paint. Each mural has its own unique story and history, and each artist has a story too. These stories are ones of hard work, perseverance, long hours, and inspiration. I also hope to encourage viewers that supporting the arts is vital to keeping our city alive and vibrant. Hopefully, after someone has watched my documentary, they will see murals in a whole different light.
