Target Audience: Anyone in California
Program Idea: I saw the Saturday Night Live skit using It. I didn’t really understand it, but I thought it was funny and wanted to make my own. But it wasn’t raining very much in December, so my dad suggested I make it a PSA about not wasting water.
Message: We may not be in a drought, but we still need to try and not waste water.
