Kim Tricomo of North Country Elementary in the Center Unified School District is this week’s SEVA Teacher of the Week. Ms. Tricomo is a tenured SEVA teacher and has grown along with the SEVA program. She is known for her patience and eagerness to learn everything she can about production in order to be the best teacher she can be for her students. She shows her students step by step how to best tell their story and makes sure that they have the understanding to do it again in the future. She is very hands-on and is always her students’ biggest cheerleader. Ms. Tricomo works to share the SEVA program with the entire school community, and has even gotten other teachers involved. We are in awe of her enthusiasm and dedication to her students. Thank you, Ms. Tricomo for ensuring even our youngest students have the chance to tell their own stories through media.
